The Chicago Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) and McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership are pleased  to announce a partnership beginning in March 2015 to offer a fully scholarshipped Aim4Excellence National Director Credential opportunity to administrators of DFSS programs.

Thirty DFSS administrators working in Chicago will be selected to participate in a cohort experience over the course of 10 months.  Participants will move through the Aim4Excellence modules with the support of a local facilitator.  They will meet monthly for face-to-face meetings in addition to working independently on the online modules between meetings.

The model is designed to help participants reflect, process, and implement the information from each module.  In addition, participants will receive 15 quarter hours of college credit through National Louis University and points toward the Illinois Director Credential at no cost to them.
