Training/Event Description:

How can states support leadership efforts for administrators when resources are limited?  Hear how Indiana has creatively bridged T.E.A.C.H. scholarships, local college credit, and the Aim4Excellence™ National Director Credential online modules to ensure highly qualified administrators lead programs to higher levels of quality.  Identify the ways that a model like Indiana’s supports leadership development across sectors– including  for-profit and nonprofit center directors, Head Start administrators and managers, and family child care providers—and is incorporated into statewide professional development systems, degree programs, and QRS. Learn about McCormick Center leadership development development offerings that can be customized to meet the needs of your state or region.
