This two-part institute will guide you in identifying, setting, and measuring goals to get the business results you are looking for. Participants will learn about best practices for budget management, focused marketing, and communication with parents. The institute will be facilitated by Patricia Dischler, formerly a family child care provider for over 17 years, author of From Babysitter to Business Owner, and currently the President of The National Association for Family Child Care. Join us for an opportunity to document your professional, marketing, and communication goals.
