Training/Event Description:

Empower your inner leader and strengthen your leadership style. Workshop sessions
and job-embedded activities are designed for the change agent in you. Join the cohort
and practice how to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and build a
strong organizational climate.

August 7-12, 2017  |  Convening Institute
November 9 & 10, 2017  |  Connecting Institute
September 2017 – December 2017  |  Field assignments including the development of a Quality Improvement Plan for your program
December 2017 – April 2018  |  Field assignments including implementation of your Quality Improvement Plan
May 9-12, 2018  |  Culminating Institute and Leadership Connections conference
