Using Data in a Strengths-based Organization
This session focuses on ways to use data in day-to-day interactions to impact improvement. We will discuss three strengths-based strategies to increase performance: sharing best practices by identifying and understanding those individuals and programs that exceed expectations; increasing motivation by celebrating milestones and recognizing those who excel; and building communities of practice through reflection on data trends.
