Traveling Arkansas’ Professional Pathways (TAPP) offers a number of supports for early childhood administrators along their career trajectory through orientation, a certificate, a credential, mentoring, and coaching. Substantial flexibility is available to administrators to choose professional development to meet their needs and interests based on clock-hour training. Elementary school principal licensure includes pre-K.
