No. Everything you need is right at your fingertips as you log on and is included in the module registration fee. All of the materials, assignments, and media you need to complete the modules are easily accessible from your computer screen as you log on. Please note, a copy of the Program Administration Scale (PAS) or Business Administration Scale for Family Child Care (BAS) are not included in the module cost. You do not need a copy of the tool to complete the module; however, you may want to purchase a PAS or BAS a book as a supplement for your learning.

The Getting Ready modules run in a program called Adobe Flash Player. If your computer does not have the most recent version of Adobe Flasher Player installed, you will be asked to download it before beginning. The download is free, and you will need it in order to continue with the module. Click here to download it now.

Additionally, you will need a printer to complete the module. You will likely want to print out the articles and resources included in the module for later reference. You’ll also need to have access to a printer in order to print out your certificate of completion when you reach the conclusion of the module.

The Getting Ready modules run in a free program called Adobe Flash Player. Presently, Apple iPad® and iPhone® do not run Adobe Flash Player. That said, you will want to access the modules from your computer or from an Android™ device. We strongly recommend using a device with a full-size screen and keyboard for ease of use.
