Robyn Kelton, M.A.
Director of Program Design and Evaluation

Robyn Kelton, M.A., is the Director of Program Design and Evaluation for the McCormick Institute’s Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University (NLU). In this role, Robyn leads the design and development of learning content and academy experiences, conducts research to support the evaluation of the Center’s professional learning initiatives, and oversees efforts related to program evaluation and quality support tools, including the Program Administration Scale (PAS), Business Administration Scale for Family Child Care (BAS), and the Administrator Role Perception Survey (ARPS). She also oversees the Center’s work dedicated to supporting the unique needs of family child care professionals, including its flagship FCC Leadership Academy: Taking the Lead.

Robyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kansas (KU) and a Master of Arts degree in psychology with an advanced certificate in organizational psychology from NLU. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Brain, Behavior, and Quantitative Science Ph.D. program at KU. Prior to joining the McCormick Center in 2006, Robyn served as a lead teacher in a kindergarten after-school program and in a 4–5-year-old classroom at a child care center.
