This event will take place at the Illinois AEYC Conference

Participants will explore the attitudes, dispositions, and prejudices that occur in early childhood education and examine their own practices. They will consider successful models for changing organizational climates to improve family engagement. Through interpersonal activities, they will collaboratively develop ideas that could be implemented in their communities for supporting sustained family engagement from birth through the primary grades.
