This three-day session, virtual training is specifically designed for those in technical assistance (TA) roles, including coaches, mentors, and consultants, who support early childhood administrators in improving the quality of their programs. Supporting Directors as the Gatekeepers to Quality is focused on providing an overview of the Program Administration Scale (PAS), general strategies for supporting program leaders, and includes taking a deep dive into providing TA on several items of the PAS.
