Leaders are visionaries. How can you help them define and clearly articulate their own values, discover the values held by their staff and families, and develop a plan to build a shared vision? This session will provide strategies for helping administrators work with staff and families to create and focus on the mission and vision of their centers. You will also have time to reflect on your own values and generate a vision for your work as a coach.
