This session will be held at the 2018 National Association for Family Child Care Conference.

Discover a wealth of information and practical tools to help you renew your vision and recharge your practice while you grow as a family child care leader. This day-long interactive seminar will help you explore your developmental stage as a family child care professional and discover the tools to create meaningful balance in your role and job responsibilities. An in-depth self-evaluation activity will help you identify leadership self-efficacy beliefs that contribute to your leadership practices, and will assist you in using the Whole Leadership Framework to identify your professional development needs.
