Navigating the New Norms

Over the past months, our world has been irreversibly changed. We have all contemplated what the new normal will look like and have wondered what it will take to navigate our new realities. Across our country, stay-at-home restrictions have been or will soon be lifted, and as early childhood education (ECE) leaders, you need to be as prepared as possible, for your team members and the children and families you serve.

We are pleased to invite you to join us for a series of webinars starting June 8 that are designed to help you navigate the new norms. Nationally-recognized leaders in our field will share their expertise on topics from financial health to inspiring hope and resilience.

June 29 | Building Calm out of Chaos with Geania Dickey

Geania has over 27 years of experience in the ECE field and her recent endeavors include facilitation of the Arkansas State Board of Education’s Family and Community Engagement Taskforce and work highlighting the tribulations of the ECE workforce. These days, her favorite quote is, “In the rush to return to normal, use this time to consider which parts of normal are worth rushing back to.” Join us to reflect on strategies that will help guide you through these chaotic times, both personally and professionally.
