Over the past months, our world has been irreversibly changed. We have all contemplated what the new normal will look like and have wondered what it will take to navigate our new realities. Across our country, stay-at-home restrictions have been or will soon be lifted, and as early childhood education (ECE) leaders, you need to be as prepared as possible, for your team members and the children and families you serve.

Cynthia D. Jackson leads the Educare Learning Network—a generative, coast-to-coast network of high-quality birth-to-five schools that function as innovative learning labs for the field of ECE. The webinar will highlight how we cope and help families and children cope with the new realities. We will also share learned experiences about re-opening from early childhood program providers who have already embarked on the journey.
