Whole Leadership: A Cross-Sector Framework for Leading Early Care and Education Programs

This session will be held at the 2018 QRIS National Meeting

What does every program leader need to know and be able to do? This session will explore the crosssector leadership competencies needed to administer an effective early care and education program resulting in positive outcomes for children and families. A “whole leadership” framework will be shared that is relevant across sectors and settings and is inclusive of various administrative structures (e.g, multi-site agencies, Head Start/Early Head Start/child care partnerships, shared services).
