This module will introduce you to the benefits of collaborative adult learning, as well as the foundational elements required to design collaborative learning experiences. It will explore the differences between two types of collaborative learning: communities of practice and cohorts. In the end, you will become more effective at guiding adult learners and influencing positive change. This module is part 2 of the Continuous Quality Improvement module series.
