This virtual, six* session institute is specifically designed for those in technical assistance (TA) roles, including coaches, mentors, consultants, who support early childhood administrators in improving the quality of their programs. The Transformative TA Institute is focused on how to use the PAS as a tool for providing technical assistance. *There is an optional two hour pre-Institute session available to provide an overview of the Program Administration Scale (PAS) for participants with limited experience with the PAS. If you have not been trained to reliability on the tool, or have not used it extensively this session is a necessary foundation for the Transformative TA Institute.
